Be a roommate with Yue Fang
You have to be of good alignment and save the two npc's Yue Fang was guarding during the free for all tourney. Then you have to be chummy with him and become his roommate. After that you should believe Yue Fang and not open the mouthfold of the guy Yue Fang captured and binded. If you did all this then Yur Yan should appear in the latest update.
That's fine with me. I think 2 events is good enough for monthly updates. Besides both these events are quite anticipated if I'm being honest.
