Yichen probably saw how the Wu GOAT easily embarrassed his failure of a grandson after he DISHONORABLY sneak attacked the GOAT and got his ahh beat and it got him thinking. He learned about the BIG Wu Heir, and realized he truly was just a frog in a well.
I sure hope so, cause rn all we have are warnings and foreshadowing. But tbh with all the bonuses and power-ups Niki has been handing out, and the fact that he's rewriting the POVs AND raising the cap for checks, it very much could be true.Imo if Niki wishes, this could be a perfect start point for the final arc of Book 1. Disagree as you will but i think Niki did a good job setting up hints of Rogue influence throughout the story for a potential war.
Nicky, probably. Well, through Q/As and the book itself Ruo already let clear she doesn't plan to change her faction for nothing.I'm wondering who is supporting the empire because it's not looking good for them.
For me seems much out of hand such a sudden 150 double check(Considering our highest Check before this is a 116 CON to survive a E-X injuring Art, and even surviving it we still nearly being knocked out), even more because it needs to be in base since there's no Combat-menu's in the interaction and also Chao says nothing about this later. Like, what the hell, Wu Heir is supposed to be a strong P-H in his mind(Doesn't knows about Qi) and simply overpower his spell and shows E-X level of combat power.I don't even think it should be disregarded (the Chao check) tbh, because in the code it's literally just a normal stat check. No bonuses, no formulas, just a straight up raw stat check. So maybe Niki is now raising the cap for what he considers possible, even if it is for a one off emotional moment.
Ape Shangtian heard the Liu joined the Rogues and decided to finish the jobWell at least he know that his **** up is what screwed the world, I'm wondering who is supporting the empire because it's not looking good for them. Cultivator #1000 is probably supporting them
It's truly over for the rogues if the Big Monke joins the empireApe Shangtian heard the Liu joined the Rogues and decided to finish the job
I really wish Yichen gets humiliated so bad before his deathYichen probably saw how the Wu GOAT easily embarrassed his failure of a grandson after he DISHONORABLY sneak attacked the GOAT and got his ahh beat and it got him thinking.
As it should've.
Finally we get to meet Emperor Kong. He's been putting on the moves with the gorilla cultivators in the background.Ape Shangtian heard the Liu joined the Rogues and decided to finish the job

I have feeling that his death is near
He's not dying before I harvest that ancestral blood droplet off of his bones.I hope WE get the chance to humiliate that fossil
I mean, neither DW or LB said we lacked ambition/will as a whole. They compared us with TW and let's be honest, there's no way to compare our(Or any knowledge character) will with Wei's. At fourteen he saw his mother dying and his sister being kidnapped while he was hiding like a rat. After this, training under a psychopath that forbidden him to search about his family(So very likely in his mind his sister was being abused all this time) to in the end be betrayed and seeing his wife bearing his child sacrificing her life(And, therefore, the kid) to allow he continue alive.Say what you want but if Wu heir had 1 percent of the will that Yichen has he would be never called someone who lacks it like all these people in the verse keep trying to say.Like Damn Yichen has been played he knows dude is cooked genuinely a zombie and still has this will while old folks be calling Wu heir without a strong will as if he doesn't have any reason to at all.
The only person who loved Wu heir died because of He clan imo that was enough reason for someone then other clans and folks looking down on your clan another reason because look at how people try to put Wu Heir down and somehow we are told the dude doesn't have that obsession that strong will smh.
