Path of martial arts: leaked sneak peaks, and discussing thread

Your system is very good indeed but I'd say that using the Bull's Spirit as a initial metric is quite wrong. Because Wu Heir is lifting/kicking a powered opponent that weight 6t by base rather than a inanimate object that weight 6t. You can think it's stupid but not only in PoMA but rather many fictional works lifting a powered opponent isn't solely based on their physical weight, we have the proof in the scene against the Bull Spirit per se. Wu Heir at max(Male + 6'6 + Muscular Body-Type) must weight in the range of 220~260lbs, yet if you pass the 34 STR check against the Bull you can stop his charge without moving a single step.

In any case you can use as a base metric the values shown in the very start of the book when Wu Heir, as a mortal, is going to train. At 8 STR we can lift a 700lb rock. At 10 AGI we can complete 100 flat meters in 9 seconds. At 10 CON a "normal" knife(I think) completely fails to cut our skin.
An interesting thing. As we know, currently Wu Heir can indeed create real flesh with Bodily Dao. And although it wasn't said anything about real flesh when we use the Heavenly Palm against Su De, if we assume the palm's avatar had a similar weight to flesh and keeping the proportions, it'd weight 14.171 metric tons. And this is its weight alone, even disregarding its descending speed(That must be fast enough for Su De to not escape), Su De, even before her Tyrant Form, managed to withstand for quite a time against it.

And I'm being very, very orthodox here. Wu Heir can shapeshift/materialize with Elemental Dao at will. What if he created a Heavenly Palm of this size made of steel and launched it at Mach 3 towards Ruo?

Not now, Totenkopf, not now...

I mean, Yue Yan cant be stupid enough to assume spending big on MC is not an efficient use of their resources. MC is the clone of TW in both body and soul. We literally dream his memories and get stronger and use op arts like RAF at just qi condensation. I believe Yue Yan asks about MC dreaming TW's memories or something like that, or maybe it was LB? If she thinks investing big money on MC is a waste of resources, then she's just stupid or too arrogant to the point that she becomes stupid which tracks. Or maybe she's jealous that the MC might surpass her and it hurts her already enormous ego. Who knows if she's actually telling the truth about adopting MC into the clan being difficult. ***** is ripping off the MC in order to get access to probably one of the most valuable planet across the universe. Corpo scum.
I think it’s way more simpler than that. Niki just does not want to give Wu Heir anything that he can’t give to any other character. So if it does not make sense for someone else from Poma to have it Wu Heir can’t get it either.

Speaking of stats. I want Jia boss fight for IE Wu heir so we have a loss state for Qi Wu heir too.

I want to see Ruo disappointed and everyone to laugh at us so bad.

...what? How would it work.
The second part, Jia being a fight for IE Wu Heir I understand.
We can't lose to Jia currently right? I was just thinking Qi Wu heir can inherit IE Wu heir's loss scenes. That was it really.

Basically hit two birds with one stone

...and give me more than 2Qi for killing him

I actually did that first believe it or not, but I ran into exactly what you mentioned - real physics not applying directly here.

I did base my whole calculation for comparisons based on the rock and not the bull first, but the problem is that the 'stage variable' does not apply to the base mortal feat.

If solved for the stage variable, the stone lifting feat would mean that it has to be not as clear in comparison to the later ones to be true. For x*10^0.1 to equal 0.318 tonnes (700lbs), the stage variable would have to be 0.25, so a mortal going to EH would be 8x variable jump (0.25->2). That would be fine on its own, and even kinda realistic, but then the difference between the H-X-S stages would have to be comparable, and that would mean that the variable would jump from 5 to at least 10-20 for an EX, bringing their strength level to something like 10*10^1.5 = 316.2 metric tons.

Still theoretically believable I grant you, but too much for what we've seen I believe. Tbh could work, because I remember Niki doing a little approximate diagram as to what the jumps between stages are relative to each other, but I can't find it so I stuck to the bull feat for a more comparable already supernatural feat.

(As confirmed by Niki himself) Shangtian>>>>>>>>>>PX>>>>>LX>>>>MX>>>EX>>>>>PH>>LH>MH>EH>>Mortal

Though you're considering AGI as 10 instead of 8 in the formula.
0,318 = X • 10^0,08 → 1,2022~/0,318 = X → X = 0,265~.

But let's round that to 10 ≈ 0.25, so, each ">" is equivalent to a factor of 4 in the stage variable. 0.25 as mortal, 2 as E-H, 8 as M-H, 32 as L-H, 128 as P-H and...1000023594.jpgas E-X.

Also, regarding the Bull Spirit thing you could take the feat from another angle. Since the bull is stated to weight 6 tonnes, you could use 35 STR Wu Heir dead stopping its charge.
How fast is a M-H? No idea, a weak P-H(42 AGI based on the check) is already Mach speed though. I'd say 50-100 m/s is a acceptable estimative.
Even using a IRL bull's speed it'd already be a feat on the range of ~150 tonnes of exerted force.
