No Nicky confirmed that the reason Ruo has no hard caps is due to the dragons in her. What I mean by hard caps is that Ruo's stats can theoretically get higher without limit, it just gets exponentially harder the more she raises her stats. Dao Children can grow beyond any logic or reason because their Dao progresses at an illogical rate due to heaven feeding them it's dao attainment. Dao attainment is the most important deciding factor in how powerful one is at higher stages, foundation is another deciding factor. Foundation would be more important unless you were a nepo baby fighting other nepo babies, Mr. Talent himself who can just change his foundation cause he couldn't give less of a f*ck about logic (TW) or literally the Magnum Opus of said Mr. Talent and Daoist Jesus (MC), In which case Dao Attainment would be more important.
