What I mean by hard caps is that Ruo's stats can theoretically get higher without limit, it just gets exponentially harder the more she raises her stats. Dao Children can grow beyond any logic or reason because their Dao progresses at an illogical rate due to heaven feeding them it's dao attainment. Dao attainment is the most important deciding factor in how powerful one is at higher stages, foundation is another deciding factor. Foundation would be more important unless you were a nepo baby fighting other nepo babies, Mr. Talent himself who can just change his foundation cause he couldn't give less of a f*ck about logic (TW) or literally the Magnum Opus of said Mr. Talent and Daoist Jesus (MC), In which case Dao Attainment would be more important.

Actually we can do the same but better. Primordial Chaos Body and pureblood Godchild are even more ridiculous to be honest. Just think about it, with our complete reset to the point where we forgot how to walk, Ruo genuinely had a 20+ year head start as well as ridiculous resources and we currently possess higher stats. Remember It's supposed to get harder for Ruo from here onwards not easier so she is super cooked if she didn't have her super luck. Everyone including Ruo and Celestial Realm Elites have to do soul shattering levels of hardwork to get miniscule increments in strength whereas Wu Shen can just directly strengthen his body permanently with qi and gain a thousand times the benefits. TW used his Primordial Chaos Body for so long that it became part of his blood and we are a pureblood Godchild, so we inherited that. Almost everything I said was explained by LB when she explained TW's Two Supreme Spells that mogged the universe.
