Gender locked and turn based grid combat tells me all i need to know, the concept of regency sword and sorcery is amazing but It fumbles hard on deliveryTrying to read sense and sorcery is like the writing version of nails on chalkboard.

this is the trope for all ROs in this gameI understand you, tumblr loves to gobble this tropes whole, rainn is the ex who still not over you and L is the detached "i will never get in a relationship" who falls in love, this stuff is all about being so desirable that you bend the unbendable people.
this is the trope for all ROs in this game
C is in a relationship and you can homewreck
L only does casual but you can turn them committed
A hates love but theyre soft for you
The other A is your best friend who doesnt get into relationships because their job makes them travel so no time to settle down but you can get with them
M hates your guts but you can make them love you
Rainn is Rainn
It's like the author had no idea what tropes to do so she just decided to throw in "mc is so irresistable they can seduce people that arent even interested!" in 6 different fonts lmfao. at least shes consistent
Im pretty sure you can be uninterested in new relationships, but youre still thinking about your ex every 5 minutes so..these "ROs".
Is there even an option to be uninterested in new relationships, or the author did not bother?
So the same category of authors as Infamous' with that ****ing Seven. Everything in the story about them.Im pretty sure you can be uninterested in new relationships, but youre still thinking about your ex every 5 minutes so..
There is more variety anyway. Not to mention the number of released and WIPs compared to IFs with male MC.I can't bring myself to play gender-locked female IFs. It doesn't help that most of them focus on romance. I don't mind playing women in other games, but when it comes to rpgs and ifs, I always choose a male character
The only gender-locked male IFs I liked were the Infinity series and Magium (even though I hate Magium's lack of customization). Aside from those and A Study in Steampunk, most gender-locked male IFs are exactly what you mentioned, and gender locked female WIPs are mostly focused on romance or slice-of-life. Honestly gender-locking shouldn't exist. I could argue that even historically accurate WIPs about war shouldn't be gender-locked to male, there are countless female warriors throughout history (Jeanne d'Arc, Boudica). Authors should make playing as a male or female a different experience, like in I the Forgotten One where the experience is very different depending on the gender you choose. That said, if given the choice, I'll always play as a male character. There is more variety anyway. Not to mention the number of released and WIPs compared to IFs with male MC.
Almost all gender locked male stories are focus on stereotypically masculine themes - war, city management, martial arts, combat sports. I hate it.
I was talking about the dialogue and the way it's written but yeah. The forced isekai plot didn't help the delivery one bit, you could toss it out and the story would actually improve a little. I understand why it's gender locked considering it's obvious inspiration but if a native English speaker like myself struggle to understand what's being communicated in the dialogue (and choices but at least you can turn that off), I pity non native speakers.Gender locked and turn based grid combat tells me all i need to know, the concept of regency sword and sorcery is amazing but It fumbles hard on delivery
FRRainn I understand since it was an immediate breakup, but I can't with infamous at all. It's been 3 years I believe since the breakup and you're saying MC can't have moved on? Especially after the **** Seven pulls while ghosting the MC. You have to get goosebumps and pitiying looks when Seven enters the room or if her name is uttered cuz more drama.

Damn, Its so... cheesy.Sooo... new band IF just dropped titled Septic Saints
And surprise surprise, the author is another snarky-b1tch™ with mommy issues — yeeeey!
It's not playable yet. But it's there on CoG Demos
And about the mommy issues thing, it could be just an act or it could be real

After this she doubled down and posted another angsty quote that goes more or less like this: "In every universe, I should've worn protection"
This second post has been deleted tho (wonder why)
You just don't get it. It's actually so deep and meaningful that it looks shallow to normal people!Damn, Its so... cheesy.
Is the **** where it was mentioned that MC is a secondary or something like that?Sooo... new band IF just dropped titled Septic Saints

The MC is the guitarist or whatever...Is the **** where it was mentioned that MC is a secondary or something like that?
Ah, guitaristThe MC is the guitarist or whatever...
Don't think there is any saying of MC being secondary here but that sounds familiar. Maybe another IF? There are a list of IFs where the MC is secondary

Well now that's interesting. I guess I'm going to quit my job and become an IF writer on Tumblr to fund my "needs".I get that having Kofi to support yourself or buying a new equipment, but putting Kofi to add content to your own story?? Not even a side story but the thing that is fudementally needed for the main story.
Like I still cant get over how adding 'pronoun' is even in a goal list. What in a god name of EA marketing it is.View attachment 22977
