how do I use the html? It just takes me to the apk download page and when i donwload its just the apk and not a html. Sorry if this is a dumb question

Use winrar/zip or smt similar to extract the apk file, then go to the HTML and double-click.

It will take 2-3 more months for CoG to do their thing. They are very slow.
