from my very little experience, I loaded the game into the choicescript IDE and it seems that grayson and kent's epilogues are the only ones actually written? So it might simply be the rest have yet to be written/added as the other epilogue.txt files are all empty

It is, I tried Rosy's route as well and ended up getting his epilogue
