Because the tang emperor is quite sure of it, and when we ask the butterfly lady she just nervously evade the question and say that the dreamguy is mistaken.

Tang Yichen is probably just assuming based on his ignorance or simply to convince the MC. But personally, I think he's right. So he made a dumb luck guess I'd say.
The boy you save on ai's route (Da Da) wasn't the one zeus was referring to i think but rather it was the first opponent you fight in the tourney to join the sect, the one who barely can hold a sword, xiao chen i think his name was.
