I just went through the scene you mentioned, and I think I know why I thought it was Agility. In fact, there are 3 stat checks, but I played it in the normal version, not the beta, so the stat checks were around 10k-11k, which is why I didn’t fail them.

had the same problem, probably Niki wrote a typo that results into one zero above the needed turning 10k into 100k, this update is still full of bugs.

The Art surely has a condition, stealing qi with just a touch is too OP, not to mention that there are other skills He Gang hasn't revealed yet

This happens mostly on the arena fights
you pass a stat check about trying to dodge
you dodge the first hit but the fighter hits you and you were surprised so couldn't dodge have the damage anyways
