Dreamweaver did mention that he got the approval of the other Gods for TW. Though my theory, which at present is completely speculative since it isn't explained any further in the book presently, is that TW because of his physique could brute force his way into Godhood and Dreamweaver both approving of TW and not wishing for there to be unnecessary conflict, convinced his peers to allow it. I like to think that is the reason TW never mentions getting heavens approval because he would have done it regardless of whether he got their blessings.

The heavens doesn't approve of any of the Godhood ascension and is entirely unrelated to Godhood

I would to see the power dynamics for those who became Gods, we know that the sovereign has a lot of soft power between other Godly being, but what about the other? And also TW relation with Other Gods

When you meet Dreamweaver for the first time and respond to his greetings with "Your old friend? I've never seen you before." He will make mention of his involvement even though it's a one liner. After giving it a bit more thought I think it would make a great deal of sense, again reiterating this is a theory and not confirmed, though the Gods could not physically bar someone from making the jump to Divinity especially in our case since our physique makes us qualified, they could possibly however manipulate the Heavenly Dao to make it next to impossible, since the difference between TW and the Gods is a single major realm, perhaps heavens rules are not as strict on how much influence or in this case interference the Gods can use against TW during his attempts at true ascension.

No they can literally just jump people that try to ascend without there permission. The gods are not the heavens allies or vice versa and again the ascension process has nothing to do with heavens approval

I see what your talking about, I was referring to the heavens as the pantheon of the gods or divine court and not as the will of the heavens, the unseen force that governs all of creation. Alright I understand the distinction you are trying to make not making that distinction properly was my bad.

Sovereign does, Dreamweaver is even convinced if Sovereign didn't go to entertain his harem for thousands of years during the events with TW, he would have saved us from our barren world.

Got a question, do you think that ice spirit could help with Ai? I mean it's an ice spirit and she is locked in ice right?
